They can't believe how nice it is and that it looks like part of our furniture and not some tacky plastic crate that you see so often. It was super easy to put together and it really is of quality construction and engineering. I know this crate will last a lifetime. Milly, my darling Pomeranian, treats her crate like a stay at the Ritz Carlton…thankfully it didn't cost me that much. I can't thank you enough for creating something that means so much to dog-lovers like me, I love it just as much as she does.
